Common Ground Health and the Finger Lakes Performing Provider System are proud to co-lead planning efforts in the Finger Lakes Region for the September 2, 2022, proposal to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the NYS Department of Health 1115 NYHER Waiver. Given the integral role state health information exchange organizations play, we are also partnering with the Rochester RHIO.
This site will serve as a central repository of information and resources that we will continually expand upon as we continue to learn more and prepare the region.
